Mr. Stein’s career in commercial real estate spans more than 23 years. Stephen began his career in 1990 with Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office as a commercial investment sales broker prior to being promoted to manager in 1996. While at Marcus & Millichap, Stephen was involved in over 1,000 commercial real estate transactions in all product types across the country. Stephen earned numerous achievements while at Marcus & Millichap including ranking in the firm’s national “Top Ten” on two separate occasions. Mr. Stein’s greatest accomplishments stem from repeat business as a result of Stephen’s unyielding commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction. Whether formerly representing a principal in the acquisition or disposition of a commercial property, or in his current position, helping a client source capital needs, Stephen approaches each assignment by first listening to the customer, critically analyzing the circumstances and then structuring the best financial solution. Stephen has at his disposal 30 other creative professionals at George Smith Partners and vast lender relationships from which to draw upon in customizing the right debt and/or equity structure.
