Prior to joining George Smith Partners in 2011, Mr. Ivanir spent four years at Hudson Advisory Partners, a boutique investment bank headquartered in Los Angeles. Mr. Ivanir began his career with Marcus Millichap, and later Morgan Stanley, after receiving his BA with honors from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
Mr. Ivanir has significant capital markets and real estate financing and valuation experience totaling over $800 million. His experience includes debt, equity and structured financings for multi-family, condominiums, master-planned communities and industrial parks. In addition to his extensive real estate experience, Mr. Ivanir has significant corporate finance experience advising a range of companies including retail, telecom, environmental technologies and insurance related products. Mr. Ivanir is a recreational pilot and has lived a portion of his life in Israel and Mexico. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Loyola Law School with an emphasis in real estate and secured transactions.
