Loren Bedolla

Mr. Bedolla joined George Smith Partners as an Assistant Vice President in 2010. Prior to joining GSP, he was a developer with Wilson Meany Sullivan, a privately owned real estate investment and development firm focused on urban infill and ground up development projects in the Western United States. Mr. Bedolla also has five years of consulting experience as a civil engineer, which includes working on a variety of mixed use, urban infill, rehabilitation and ground-up development projects throughout Northern and Southern California.

Mr. Bedolla received a Master of Business Administration degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine.

Mr. Bedolla is a registered professional engineer licensed by the California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and a real estate broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
