Mr. Overend employs market knowledge and underwriting/financial modeling expertise to identify commercial real estate capital on behalf of several of the firms’ Partners. Since joining George Smith Partners in May of 2012, Bryce assisted in closing a variety of Agency and Wall Street conduit transactions.
Prior to joining George Smith Partners, Inc., Bryce was employed with Western Asset Management, a world leader in bond fund management. His responsibilities allowed him to gain extensive knowledge on the fixed income markets that he applies to commercial real estate investment today.
Bryce Overend is a graduate from the University of Southern California (Fight On!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and dual concentrations in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. During his free time, Bryce enjoys playing basketball, beach volleyball, snowboarding, and hunting.
