National Non-Recourse Reposition From $10,000,000 w/More Leverage

GSP is working with a national lender focusing on opportunistic investments in primary and secondary markets, funding senior & subordinated debt to 97% of total capitalization. Minimum transaction requests of $10,000,000 are considered for vacant buildings, adaptive reuse, condo inventory and bulk single family residence (own to flip/own to rent) nationwide. Rates range from LIBOR+5.5% for low/no cash flow assets to LIBOR + 3.75% for break-even assets. Completion guarantees are required for major construction.
