Story deals are welcomed. Transactions from $15,000,000 are funded on core assets plus hospitality, medical office, self-storage and fractured condos for up to 5 year terms. Secondary markets are acceptable for non-recourse debt based on borrower experience and business plan. Coupons start at L+600 and up based on mezz-debt allocations if any |
